A Compliance inspectlon wss completed for the existing on-site sewage
treatment systen� located on this property. The systetn conststs of 1-1250 $
1-1000 gallon septic tanks, 1-1250 gal[on pun�ping chamber � a pressurized
mound system with a 10' x 82' rock bed built in 1998 for a 6 bedroom home,
Soil boring #7 found mottied soil (redox features} at > 2.8' into the original
soil. Soll boring #1 found the originai soil at elev. 'tOS.4 & the 6ottom of the
rock bed at �lev, 106.1 leaving 2.7' of sand below the rock bed $ a 5.S'
separation from the bottom of the rock bed � redox fealur�s. Soil boring #2
found mottled soil at 3.3' below the surtace. Soil boring #2 found the origina!
soii at �Iev.104.2 8 the bottom of the rock bed at elev.905.41eaving 1.2' of
sand below the rock bed 8 a 4.5' sepae°ation trom the bottom of the rock bed
8� redox features. This system is classified as in con�pliance wlth Minnesota
Chapter 7080 rules.
The tanks were pumped 8 certified by Elmer J. Peterson Co.
Nothing other than gray water (laundry, showers etc.) human waste 8 toilet
tissue should be disposed of into the septic tanks. tiarbage disposals are
not recommended due to adding more solids & fine sofids passing through
into the system. Iron filters are also not recommended 8 should be diverted
out of the system. Excessive amounts of soaps, antlbacterial soaps,
cleaning agents, shower cleaners used every shower& chlorine.agents may
kill the bacterla you need living in the system. Addi�ives are not
recomrnended. Recorrimend to pump 8� clean you tanks through the manhole
by a certified pumpar every 2 years. Check with your purnper to set up a
schedule.
This certificate of compliance is no guarantee that this system will continue
to function indeflnitely.
