The applicant is prc�posing to construct a single-farnily hom�at th�acldress citad abnve in the
City of Orono. One wetland of less than five-acres in size currently exists on the propercy. No
wetlands will be impacced tlirough filling or excavaaon activiries as a result of this project.
Permits will allow for the canst�uction of the home and the establishment of wetland buffers.
Rule B:
Erosion eontrol consisting of silt fence has been provided throu�hout the site in addition to an
existing driveway which has been designated for access to the site
