Dear Mr. Remenski:
I am writing in regards to your property at 145 Smith Ave in the City of Orono. I have
received a complaint concerning the 35 foot long boat trailer currently be stored on the
property. The City of Orono does not allow for storage of boat trailers, in excess of 30
feet in length, to be stored outdoors on a residential lot. The trailer must be removed
from the property or stored in an enclosed building. The trailer must be removed by
September 15, 2006.
I will re-inspect the property after that date to ensure compliance with code. If you have
