Dear Mr. Remenski:
As you are already aware,your septic system has become a hazard and a public health issue. You have
already spoken with several city employees in regards to this matter and were informed by them to
have the septic tanks pumped out to eliminate the overflow onto Orono Orchard Road. I understand
that you have contacted Elmer Peterson Company to pump out the tanks. This will need to be done
when the tanks become fulL
The property wilf need to be hooked up to city sewer in the spring. If you would like to�nd out the
costs involved in hooking up to the system you can contact the city at 952-249-4600. You might want to
start getting cost estimates now when business is a little slower for the contractors. If you have any
