Dear Mr. Hust:
This letter is regarding the large ice dam that is forming in your back/sideyaxd. Recent
inspections have shown that the ice dam is continuing to get larger. It appears that the ice
is forming from sewage surfacing from your septic system. This is an imminent health
threat that must be repaired ASAP. Please contact a septic pumper or designer to look
into how to correct the surfacing drainfield.
Your septic system is classified as "non-compliant"and must be connected to sewer by
12-31-2007 or if it starts to surface earlier. Before you stick in to much money in
repairing your current drainfield you may think of connecting to city sewer. Please
contact me ASAP so we can figure this out and get it taken care of.
My number is 952-249-4600. Enclosed is an as-built of your septic system and an air
photo of where the surfacing is occurring.
