The responsible aurhoriry shall within 30 days either: (a)correct the dan fcund to be inaccucate or incomplete and attempt to nodfy pasc recipiencs of
inaccurate or incomplete data, including recipients named by che individi:al:or(b)�odfy the individual that he believes the dara to be correcc. Daca
in dispuce shall be disclosed only if[he individual's stacemenc of disagrea�enc is i�c:aded wirh the d'uclosed dara.
