On at least two separate occasions you have been sent notifications of the required septic system repair and a July 1 deadline has been established. We still have not received any indication that repairs have begun. Unless a repair permit is issued or a repair schedule approved by July 1, 1992, we will be forced to turn this matter over to the City Attorney. Please contact the City offices as soon as possible to discuss your repair options. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
