No discharce of any ` `; kind was evident. 'r` ` - The 2 X1000 gallon Septic Tank$and the 1000 gallon Pump Chamber were probed to verify as ° precast with solid bottoms. This confirtrld LGU As-Built and existing 8/6/20012 compliance Data on record. The'existing'1'992 three bedroom design pressure mound type drain field was field located. A soil boring was competed and flagged in the drain field area(please see sketch). This soil boring revealed"an absence of the condition noted as"Redox Features"to 18 inches below the original surface grade,."Redox Feature" indicate a high water table condition. Regulations for this system require 24 inchf separation between the bottom of the drain field rock bed with a raised sandbase down to the redox features. It Is apparent there is the reauired 24"seaaration as this 1992 mound was cntucked to 36"of separation. This also confirmed LGU As-Built and 8/6/2012 compliance Qata on record. Based upon my site evaluation of December 9, 2012 the septic system has been classified as a passing or complying system.
