There is a survey included in the set from when the house was last added to, in 2005. We are in the process of delineating the wetland and updating the survey for the City's requirements. It is our intent to submit for variance due to the limited buildable area of the lot. I received the survey packet you sent and would like to get in by the August 20 deadline. I will be out of town until August 12, but much of the delineation work should be done while I am out. You had mentioned that we could do the pre-application meeting over the phone. Is it possible to do that in the next 2 days? Please let me know.
