RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE
CSAH 112 (ORONO)
WHEREAS, the County of Hennepin has agreed to accept from the Sta.te of
Minnesota that portion of Trunk Highway 12 described as follows:
Beginning at the terminus of the new TH 12 off-ramp at its intersection with Wayza.ta
Boulevard,thence westerly along Wayzata Boulevard a distance of approximately 4.2
miles to its intersection with County Sta.te Aid Highway No.6,and there terminating;
and
WHEREAS,a portion of the above described road lies within the City of Orono;and
WHEREAS,the County has agreed to designate as County State Aid Highway No.
112 the above described road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota that the above designation of CSAH 112 is approved.
Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on October 1 l,
2010.
