� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> C ITY of ORONO <br /> � �� � <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9kESI;Og'�G NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE <br /> CSAH 112 (ORONO) <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hennepin has agreed to accept from the Sta.te of <br /> Minnesota that portion of Trunk Highway 12 described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the terminus of the new TH 12 off-ramp at its intersection with Wayza.ta <br /> Boulevard,thence westerly along Wayzata Boulevard a distance of approximately 4.2 <br /> miles to its intersection with County Sta.te Aid Highway No.6,and there terminating; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,a portion of the above described road lies within the City of Orono;and <br /> WHEREAS,the County has agreed to designate as County State Aid Highway No. <br /> 112 the above described road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota that the above designation of CSAH 112 is approved. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on October 1 l, <br /> 2010. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 0�,�� ,� �/� GJ�- <br /> Linda S.
