RESOLUTION OF THE CIT,� COOUNCIL

A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON STREET RECONSTRUCTION PLAN
AND ISSUANCE OF BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono:
1. There has been presented to this Council a draft of a Capital Improvement
Plan prepared in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.58, Subd. 3b. If the Plan is
adopted, this Council intends to issue up to $5,000,000 general obligation bonds under the Plan
to finance the reconstruction activities described in the Plan.
2. This Council shall hold a public hearing on the Street Reconstruction Plan
and the issuance of bonds thereunder at its regular meeting on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 7:05
o'clock P.M. Notice of such hearing shall be published at least 10 but not more than 28 days
prior to the hearing.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular
meeting held December 10, 2007.
