A RESOLUTION ORDEI2ING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR
GREEN TREES ROAD SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS,the residents on Green Trees Road submitted a petition to extend
the sanitary sewer down Green Trees Road; and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized David Martini, Bolton and Menk, Inc. to
complete of a feasibility study on the Project on July 22, 2013; and
WHEREAS, said Study was presented to and received by the Council on
November 12, 2013 per Resolution No. •,.3 C ; and
WHEREAS, the City shall conduct and improvement public hearing on January
13, 2014; and
WHEREAS, notices of the public hearing shall be published in the City's official
newspaper for two weeks, and a 10-day notice of said hearing will be given to all persons
desiring to shall be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Council of Orono, Minnesota
hereby designates Bolton & Menk as the engineer for this improvement and orders the
preparation of plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held November 12, 2013.
