r�� Zoning District requiring 5 acres in area. The property
- consists o: 15+ acres, 5 acres of which is dry contiguocs

�r ° 3. On July 17, 1989, the Orono Planninq Com�issicn reviewed
� ' ' the application as amended and recommendeci approval based on

� including the findings and recommendations of the Flanning
Coa�►ission, reports by staff and comments of the agplicant
�' �'� and the affect of the proposed use on the health, safety.

'� ' City Council hereby qrants a condttional use permit per Municipal
�' ' -�Zoning Code Section 10.27, Subdivision 3 (A; to permit the
�"' �' j:nstallation of a power substation, subject to the following
