RE: Driveway Conflict
Dear Mitch and Greg:
This letter is to document an agreement to resolve the driveway conflict. Mitch agrees to pay for
the next lift of asphalt for the driveway if Greg agrees to repair any frost boils. Greg also has agreed
to withdraw his complaint regarding Mitch's home occupation. The City will require Mitch to apply
for and obtain a home occupation license to operate his business from his residence. The future
maintenance of the drive with the exception of frost boils will be shared 50-50. Mitch will provide
payment for the driveway lift to Greg and Greg will, in exchange, provide a copy of this signed
agreement.
