Rd_ 6 Orono, Henn. Co., MN CITY OF ORONO A Site evalution was compfeted for an alternate site for an on-site sewage treatment system for a five bedroom hame. The soil on this site is a loam sandy loam. The mottled soil (redox features) were present at 2f" to 34". A pressurized mound system will be needed to treat septic effluent. Du to the site being at the base of a slope & sandy soil, if this site is used an Interceptor drain tile with filter cloth will need to be installed a minimum of 36" deep with rock and bac:kfill within 12" of existing grade. The soils afi depth of 12" have a percolation rate of 9.6 mpi. R'O CpFy All neighboring wells are located greater than 100' away from the proposed treatment area. Keep all heavy equipment off of the proposed treatment area before and after construction. The treatment area should be marked off before construction. This Design is not valid &the system will need to be relocated if failure to protect the areas proposed for On-Site Sewage Treatment occurs. ,__.,_._, 1,..__ . ,. .__ . , , „ .,. , " 1/ . . —, ., ,,,. r•! ,_,.'^` Steven B.
