Jamestown Road is a private road. The HOA would need to approve their request for access. If the HOA approve their request,the City would require the driveway currently accessing Sixth Avenue be abandoned and removed. A zoning permit(grading/hardcover) would also be required to construct a new driveway. A copy of the zoning permit is attached. An updated survey will likely be a requirement of the permit.
