The boundary/type approval was requested in conjunction with a boundary/type application to the City of Medina for an adjacent parcel owned by the same party. A wetland delineation was conducted by Bopray Environmental Services on June lst,June 30th, and August 4�', 2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on October 2°d,2015. One wetland was delineated on the Orono portion of the site. Wetland A was identified as a Type 3, shallow marsh. MCWD has requested copies of all of the photos used in the aerial photo review of farmland,which Bopray Environmental Services stated will be provided on a disk. The boundaries will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff. 2.APPLICATION REVIEW AND DECISION Signing and mailing of this completed form to the appropriate recipients in accordance with 8420.0255,Subp.3 provides notice that an application was made to the LGU under the Wetland Conservation Act as specified above.
