The March 22"d letter was a preemptive effort to obtain more accurate information prior to our City Engineer's review as each subsequent review by our City Engineer could result in a review cost passed through to you. In short Christine's letter was an attempt to save you monex. However as you will see by the attached letter and annotated email there were items left unaddressed by your submitted survey. The omitted information must be submitted on the survey and the erroneous information should be corrected or clarified. Now someone else from city is posing a whole new set of questions which will take more time and the surveyor will charge more $$$ to update the survey yet again. i Can you now coordinate this with your City Engineer and come to me with one list instead do this in silos?
