The attached map shows the project area. The proposed schedule is to complete the feasibility study this fall and then begin the neighborhood meeting and public hearing process for an assessinent sewer project that could be constructed in 2006. I will have Rachel flag these properties in the Govern system and will also put this information in the street files, so everyone is aware of this potential sewer project. As per our conversation of June 15, 2006 and my conversation with Greg Gappa of November 29�', 2005, I understand that since we have a conforming septic system, we are able to opt-out of the project, and we would not be required to pay any fees until and unless we should decide to participate at some point in the future. At this time we do not wish to participate, and are opting-out. I am writing this letter per your request to have a written record, but I wanted to state that the desire to opt-out was expressed verbally to both you and Greg Gappa during our phone conversations, and both of you have assured me that I would be able to opt-out with no cost. Got a call from a realtor regarding 2905 Sixth Ave. N. possibly hooking up to sewer if the septic doesn't pass inspection. It is a foreclosure home and is going up for sale today or tomorrow. He wants to know his options. My research shows that they opted out of the Jamestown Sewer project in 2006. According to the fee schedule that project connection fee is$12,530.00. We have record of them paying SAC in 1982. The realtor is Jim Suchy at 763-221-7412. Thanks, Scott! Let me know if there is anything more I should do. The 2011 amount to hookup to city sewer at 2905 Sixth Avenue N is$12,530.00,this was a property that was part of the 2006-1 Jamestown Road Sewer Project, however the homeowner at that time opted out of the project. This amount is valid through 12/31/2011. Your contractor will have to pull a Sewer Connection Permit in addition to paying this sewer assessment. Our records show that the SAC was already paid on this property on 07/26/1982. As long as the home is not vacant or demolished for more than 7 years you will not need to pay SAC.
