The following items inust be subinitted in order to make your <br /> application complete so that plan review inay continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Provide complete information as indicated on the attached sheet <br /> entitled "Survey Requirements For All Residential Construction". Confirm the dry buildable <br /> (non-wetland) area of the property in square feet. <br /> 2. Wetland delineation report. Miiuiehaha Creek Watershed District maps indicate potential <br /> areas of wetland within the property. You must have the wetlands delineated by a wetland <br /> professional and show their boundaries on the Certificate of Survey. <br /> 3. Grading and drainage plan. Due to relatively flat topography, plan must indicate <br /> existing and proposed contours to confirm appropriate site drainage and allow <br /> verification of building height limit compliance. <br /> 4. �-Iennepin County Driveway Aecess Permit.
