If this property was to have any additions or the demolition of the existing home and the construction of a new one,the
following items would need to be addressed before any permit could be issued for such projects.+
1. City of Orono Code Sec. 58-47 would require two septic sites be located by a certified designer, sized for 5
bedrooms.
2. Before an addition to the existing home or construction of additional bedrooms a alternate drainfield site would
be need to be located as required by City of Orono Code Sec. 58-47.
3. Before any accessory structures were to be constructed a second alternate septic site would need to be located
by a certified designer per City of Orono Code Sec. 58-47
4. If the aforementioned requirements could not be met than the property would be required to hook up to
municipal sewer that is available on Willow Drive.All fees and assessments if not already paid would need to be
addressed before any approvals.
