That Dart of the Southwest quarter bf Section 27, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described
as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of said Southwest quarter distant 598.62 feet (9.07 chains) South from the

or less to the Northwest corner of the tract conveyed to William Braden by Vincent Cox in Book 49 of Deeds, page 352; thence
East along the North line of said tract a distance of 1584 feet (24 chains) more or less to the Southwest corner of the tract
of land deeded to Lucinda Green by Susan Catherine Cox in Book 427 of Deeds, page 288; thence North along the West line of
said last-mentioned tract a distance of 1216-38 feet (18.4-1 chains) more or less to the centerline of the North Watertown
Road; thence Westerly along said centerline a distance of 1584 feet (24 chains) more or less to the point of beginning,

corner of said Southwest quarter; thence West parallel with the South line of said Southwest quarter a distance of 517.77
feet to the point of beginning of the property being described; thence continuing West a distance of 517.77 feet to the West
Line of the tract of land described in and conveyed by that certain deed dated March 2, 18911, made by Catherine Cox, widow,
to Lucinda J. Green, recorded. April 27,, 1895, in Book 1+27 of Deeds,, page 288; thence North along the 'West line of said tract
a distance of 395.25 feet to the Southerly line of County Road No. 6; thence Northeasterly on the Southerly line of said road,
intersecting a point which is 517.77 feet Nest from the East line of said Southwest quarter, and 469.95 feet North from the
point of beginning; thence South 469.95 feet to the point of beginning,
