RE: Work Without Permit
Dear Mr. Brown:
On March 14, 1990 a bui].ding permit appl.ication was submitted to
the City for review. A review was compieted on March 15, 1990.
Numerous phone cal.ls were made to the contractor teZl.ing him the
permit appl.ication review was compl.ete. In September we spoke
on the phone and you said the work had been compl.eted. I have
attempted to contact the contractor on several. occasions and did
talk to him one time. He said he coouid come and get the permit
and get the work inspected. As of this date he has fai].ed to do
so.
This letter is to notify you that, as the property owner, you are
ultimately responsibl.e for getting the permit and inspections.
The City is setting a deadline of October 22, 1990. If this
deadline is not met, the City may issue citations. If you have
any questions or if you have a probYem meeting this deadline,
pl.ease feel free to contact me at my office.
