The stop work order is removed and you may finish the project. As you are aware, the work was conducted within a drainage easement which specifically prohibits all of the work you did without prior approval from the City. Attached is a copy of the drainage easement for the homeowners records. Note, the area where the work was conducted also appears to be in the location of the secondary septic treatment area, and if needed in the future this area may not be viable due to the work completed; therefore, connection to City sewer would be necessary. In the future, please feel free to contact me directly with questions about permitting for projects in Orono prior to commencement to avoid delays and potential violations. We are getting all the debris off the site and seeding and laying straw. No skidsteer work has been done other than loading the dirt away and then hand grading those areas to level it out. 1 Thanks. We will be out for the dog fence and electrical in the afternoon but with mobilizing, it would be nice to finish up all the work tomorrow as well, being able to pull our skidsteer offsite and cover all the bare soil with seed, blanket and straw. The third pond is only what we started to call it to clarify to the field crew. What we did to that "third pond", really just an overflow area in the spring time which we called a wooded wetland in the site plan, is prep spray that area, temporarily stationed soil from work done on the first and second pond, and lastly removing and grading the leftover soil. As in the site plan, we will be adding 250 plugs in the spring. Not really a pond, but is wet in the spring with overflow. I will submit this site plan as well as a final version of the site. Let me know if this clarifies the third pond. The leftover is apart of the overall. In the third pond area I added a proposed topo line that uses that soil but with the timing, we did not get a good read on the quality of that soil to be leveled out. It just had some tree debris in it that makes it questionable if we can level it out there or just take it off site. Let me know if you have any other questions. As we are at the end of the project with only debris and leftover soil to be moved, we are wondering if you have had a chance to review this latest version of the plan? Upon cutting the invisible dog fence on site last week, we are having the fence fixed tomorrow by the Invisible Fence company where all electrical should be fixed for Shari at that time. With only seeding and laying straw left for the project after the debris clean up, we are hoping to wrap up the project for Shari by the end of the week. Let me know if you need anything for the grading plan and payment for finalization of the Shari's property. Thank you very much. We understand from your plans the excavation only occurred in the south portion of the pond. However, our observations of the site reflect greater areas of disturbance, vegetation removals, and open soil, etc. Please revise your plan to reflect all activities conducted on site so we can determine the proper permitting required.
