The stop work order is removed and you may finish the project. As you are aware, the work was conducted within a drainage easement which specifically prohibits all of the work you did without prior approval from the City. Attached is a copy of the drainage easement for the homeowners records. Note, the area where the work was conducted also appears to be in the location of the secondary septic treatment area, and if needed in the future this area may not be viable due to the work completed; therefore, connection to City sewer would be necessary. In the future, please feel free to contact me directly with questions about permitting for projects in Orono prior to commencement to avoid delays and potential violations. We are getting all the debris off the site and seeding and laying straw. No skidsteer work has been done other than loading the dirt away and then hand grading those areas to level it out. 1
