Dear Mike,
In answer to your lettPr of September 26, 1990 on the above referenced matter,
I feel as long as the septic system and well remain in Orono, we do not need to
deal with permits or inspections. If either the septic system or well were to
be on the Medina part of the lot, then we would want to issue the permits and
do the inspections. The same would hold true if there were to be a swimming
pool in the future, if it was to be on the Medina side, then we would want to
issue permits and do the inspections.
�•Je would appreciate copies of all permits, as well as a copy of the
Certificate of Occupancy when it is issued.
