LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION Date of Decision: 9/11/2013 ❑Approved �Approved with conditions(include below) ❑Denied LGU Findings and Conclusions(attach additional sheets as necessary): A wetland delineation was conducted on the parcel located at 2100 6"'Ave North in the City of Orono by Svoboda Ecological Resources on June 11,2013. One wetland was delineated as a Type 2 wet meadow , on the properiy. The delineated boundary&type of the wetland were reviewed in the field on September 4, 2013 by Wenck Associates staff. During the site visit,the western boundaiy of the wetland was adjusted slightly to include a small area exhibiting wetland hydrology,hydric soils,and hydrophytic vegetation that was not initially delineated as wetland.The revised locations of the wetland boundaiy flags were recorded to be used to update the delineated wetland boundaty survey figure.The remainder of the wetland boundary and wetland type were confirmed to be accurate. MCWD approves the wetland boundary&type as deluieated and revised in the field and documented in the June 17,2013 Wetland Delineation Report with the condition that an updated sutvey figure showing the revised wetland boundaty is submitted to MCWD.
