West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the North Line
of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
distant 257 feet East from the Northwest corner of
said NI,rthwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence
East along said North line a distance of 140 feet;
thence South and parallel with the West line of
said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 to a point
in the old center line or Councy road Number 76 as
established by County Board on April 27, 1925;
thence Westerly along said center line to its
intersection with a line drawn Southerly from the
point of beginning and parallel with the West line

North 423.7 feet to the point of beginning.
