Dear Lyle,
As you are aware,we are building a new home on our property at 1920 Sixth Avenue North.
Currently,we have a tenant in an existing home on the property and would like permission(if
needed)to allow our tenant to remain in the residence until September 30, 1996. The tentative
completion date on our new home is the end of October and will probably extend into early
November.
At the present time,the lease on the property expires at the end of August. As a courtesy to our
tenant,we would like to grant him the option to extent the lease until September 30 if he requires
additional time to relocate.
