Re: 1920 6th Avenue North, Orono, MN
Dear Mr. Carrington: '
It has come to the attention of this department that you are the owner of the above referenced
property and that there are two occupied residences on the property. The property is located
in a single family zone which does not allow this multiple use. The smaller building is also in
poor condition and in violation of various building and plumbing codes. In 1981 the property
was subdivided and the City ordered the multiple use to discontinue.
This letter is to require you to discontinue the use of the second dwelling unit on the property
by August 15, 1993. The building must be vacated and the plumbing fixtures must be removed.
If this deadline is not met, the City may initiate legal action. If you have any questions, feel
free to contact me at my office.
Sincerely,
