The properties now contain two residences each located on an independent legally described parcel. There is insufficienct area to create three total units or develope one new building site. The current RR-1B, rural residential zoning requires 2 acres of dry contiguous land exclusive of road right-of-way, wetlands, etc. within each new lot.
