Pursuant to your telephone conversation with Mary Hemandez today,this letter will serve
as a formal request for a permit fee refund of $426.95. As discussed,the previously paid
permit fee of $2,607.71, was incorrect due to the inclusion ofthe land cost in the price of
the home.
The City may mail the refund check to me in care of Mrs. Hernandez, at 1870 Sixth
Avenue North, Long Lake, MN 55356. Thank you for your help in this matter.

value of the land to the estimated construction value of the home.
