Hi Jan,
I'm following up on your phone call yesterday. The property addressed 1965 Country Club Road is located in the LR-1A
zoning district. The property is not located with the City's Stormwater Quality Control District and is exempt from
hardcover calculations.
Attached is a copy of a survey on file from 1976. It appears from the Hennepin County aerial photo that changes have
been made to the property since the survey was last completed. Also from the aerial photo,there appears to be a
drainage way through the property and possibly a creek.
Also attached is the City's information sheet on swimming pools. The pool setbacks are based on the pool basin square
footage and the zoning district. The City's Site Plan information sheet is also attached listing the necessary site plan
requirements for submission with a permit.
The City recently started an online permitting process. You can following the information on the attached handouts or
go to the City's website and access CitizenServe from the main page.
