of the East 492 feet of the West 525 feet of the North half of the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, and over the North 8 feet
of the South 33 feet of that part of said North half of the Northwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter lying East of the West 972 feet there-
of, in Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian.
An easement for road purposes over the North 34 feet of the South 67
. feet of the East 100 feet of the North half of the Northwest quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West
of the 5th Principal Meridian, which easement will terminate upon the
extension East of Chippewa Lane from the Easterly point thereof, as
reflected in the recorded plat of Chippewa.
