Attached are the Certificates of Title for both properties and copies of documents referenced thereon. You will note that both Certificates reference a few of the same documents (1169844, 1325401 and 1449595 —all attached). Both Certificates also state "Subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on plat." Also, each Certificate referenced a document regarding an easement which I printed.
