The on-site sewage treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below. Tanks must be p�mped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. inspection risers (4" dia. pipe> must be installed in each tank at next punpout. DRAINFIELD CONDITION (77-74): Dr field inspection indicates: Drainfield is dry, no surfacing evident. 1 Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet. 13 Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Rd.6 Orono, MN 55356 I was calied to evaluate the eristing on-site sewage treartrner�t system for lhis property due to the sys�ti surtece discharging. At the time of the inspec�ion, ice build up was �t the surface downslop�of the trenches. According to the homeoMmer, the water softner hed b�en r�paired in the house which has helped tio atop the surFaoe dischar�ging. I w�s not able to loc�e the trenches due to fromen ground. Soil borings compietsd found motded soil (redox festur�es) at 20p upslope of the system�nd 28" da�rnstope of the system. The system is clas�ified as failing� non compliance due to not me�ting e 3' seperation from the bottom of the system and the mo�ltled soil. If surface dfscharging occurs, this is dassified as �n imminerrt health hazar�d which requires the system to be repaired or di�connec�ed within 10 months. ��-Q • � Steven B.
