Very sorry for the delay. I think setting up a joint meeting is a great idea. Mike Graham from Graham Environmental
Services is the person who did the wetland delineation for the project area last fall & it also sounds like he's going to be
preparing the WCA application as well...have you been in contact with him at all? I would think it would be helpful for
him to be there too. Anytime on Feb. 23 works for me—let me know what time you choose and I'll be there.
I also wanted to mention that I came across a past District permit&WCA replacement plan for the course from 1997
which it looks like I still need to follow up on. We have no monitoring reports or record of the deed recording in our
file. I'm hoping to move forward with both the new project&the past WCA replacement plan follow-up concurrently as
much as possible.

I'd like to set up a joint meeting at City offices to meet with Tim Johnson (Spring Hill Golf Course Superintendent),
myself, our engineer and District staff to discuss Spring Hill's potential project to fill a couple of wetlands on their
course.
Are you (or the appropriate MCWD staff person) available on the afternoon of either Feb 16th or Feb 23�d? (The 23`a
works better for me but if the 16th works better for you I can accommodate.)
