There is still a bit of research (microfilm) needed to do in order to find out the following: if the fence was meant to be maintained by the City or the property owner; if iYs located ON the property or the R-O-W; and if the easement was granted. A survey of the fence and property line would answer one of those questions, as we discussed yesterday. Do you have a record of a recorded trail easement in your property title?
