The property addressed 2675 Silver View Drive is located in the RR-16 zoning district. The setbacks for a pool vary based on the zoning district and square footage of the pool basin. Attached is a copy of the City's information sheet on swimming pools and hot tubs. Also attached is a copy of the City's site plan requirements and a copy of the septic as-built. An alternate septic site will need to be located by a licensed designer and shown on the submitted site plan. The pool basin must be set back a minimum of 20'from the septic absorption area and 10'from the septic tanks. Per your request, attached is a copy of a survey on file from 1989 when the house was proposed. It appears over the years decks, a 3-season porch and an accessory structure have been added to the property not shown on this original survey. Please note we now offer on-line permitting via CITIZENSERVE PORTAL. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
