Hi Kurt,
leremy asked that I respond to your questions.
The property addressed 2675 Silver View Drive is located in the RR-16 zoning district. The setbacks for a pool vary based
on the zoning district and square footage of the pool basin. Attached is a copy of the City's information sheet on
swimming pools and hot tubs.
Also attached is a copy of the City's site plan requirements and a copy of the septic as-built. An alternate septic site will
need to be located by a licensed designer and shown on the submitted site plan. The pool basin must be set back a
minimum of 20'from the septic absorption area and 10'from the septic tanks.
Per your request, attached is a copy of a survey on file from 1989 when the house was proposed. It appears over the
years decks, a 3-season porch and an accessory structure have been added to the property not shown on this original
survey.

We're working on a survey of Lot 1, Block 3, MEYER DAIRY ADDITION. The site address is 2675 Silver View Drive
Orono. Per the zoning map this property appears to be zoned RR-16(PUD District). The owner's are planning a
pool/landscaping project and I'd like to show relevant setbacks on the survey. Do you know what the setbacks are for
this property?
Also,do you happen to have any surveys on record for this property?
