The existing system is classified as confornung. MnDOT has provided soil testing information for
an alternate drainfield site,and that site has been approved by the City for future use should the
need arise. A variance has been granted by the City for the alternate site to be located 15'from
the right-of-way instead of the normally required 20'.
Road Status:Silver Meadow Drive is a private road owned and maintained by a homeowners association.
Municipal Utilities: No; property uses private individual septic system and well.
