A sound wall will be constructed along the rear of the property. This bid form provides for the sale by sealed bid of a irregular shaped lot containing 109,384 square feet (2.5 Acres). The site is located at the north end of a cul-de-sac on Silver Meadow Drive in Orono. Situated on this large tot is a 2 story 3-car garage home, built in 1989.
