Sale 13919 � - Bid Opening to be held S.P. 2713 (12=10) 903 Parcels 49 and 50 380 Silver Meadow Drive, Orono SUMMARY OF LAND SALE AND SCOPE This property was purchased by the Department of Transportation in December of 1999 to facilitate the relocation of Highway 12. A sound wall will be constructed along the rear of the property. This bid form provides for the sale by sealed bid of a irregular shaped lot containing 109,384 square feet (2.5 Acres). The site is located at the north end of a cul-de-sac on Silver Meadow Drive in Orono. Situated on this large tot is a 2 story 3-car garage home, built in 1989. The main floor of the home has approximately 1,336 square feet of gross living area which includes a large entry way with a open staircase to the second story, open kitchen with an informal dining area that has access to the deck by way of a patio door; a '/ bath; laundry room; family room with a gas fireplace and wet bar; a formal living room and a formal dining room.
