Dear Mr. Bedell:
It has come to the attention of the department that you are operating a business from 3935 Shoreline
Drive. The City has witnessed a large truck unloading materials and workers picking up materials
for dock construction. This activity on the shoulder of the road is a traffic hazard. The property is
in a residential zoning district and operation of this type of business is prohibited.
This letter is to require you to cease the use of this property for commercial purposes before May
12, 1997. If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal action. If you have any questions,
