Dear Lakeshore Property Owner/ Occupant:
The City would like to remind you that renting residential dock space is not allowed in Orono.
Orono Municipal Code prohibits residential property owners or occupants of residential property
from renting out boat siips at their private docks, regardless if there is a rental "fee" involved.
Attached is our dock rental information sheet on the subject.
