RE: Temporary Shelter
Dear Konrad:
It has come to the attention of this department that a temporary shelter has been erected on your
property at 3915 Shoreline Drive. Building permits are required to construct or erect any structure in the
City of Orono. However this structure is in violation on numerous zoning and building code sections
and the City would not be able to issue a permit for it.
Therefore the City must require you to remove the structure. A deadline; of January 13, 2003
has been established. If this deadline is not met the City may initiate legal action. If you have any
