The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers reviewed the above

action of the Board to approve this application with the following conditions:

Due to the size and complexity of certain projects, the Board,by Rule J,requires that site
inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a
fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection, engineering
Board of Managers services, legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are

Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met
Lance Fisher staff will issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until
Monica Gross the permit has been issued. This permit expires one year from the date of this letter. If

revised plans to the MCWD for review.
