Dear Nancy:
At your request, I reinspected the above referenced property
for repairs of the items specified in the letter to Jack
Nevaux dated April 13 , 1992 . The results of the reinspection
follow.
The electrical system and it's related components have been
adequately repaired and are now considered satisfactory.
The uncapped gas line has been removed and the loose gas
lines have been secured.
The tenant stated that the basement drain plugs up
periodically with sand which enters around the pit near the
drain during heavy rains. It is likely that this situation
will be corrected when the earth around the structure is
regraded as indicated in the original report dated March 31,
1992 .
This completes the list of items indicated in the April 13
report.
