I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the boundaries of the following described parcels:
(A) That part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Townsite of Langdon Park, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2;
thence on an assumed bearing of West along the North line of said Lots i and 2 a distance of 163.00 feet to the point of beginning of
the property to be described, thence continuing on a bearing of West a distance of 73.01 feet; thence Sou"h 26046' West to the shore
of Lake Minnetonka; thence southeasterly along said shore to an intersection with a line bearing? South 37004' West from the point of
beginning; thence North 37004' East to the wint of beginning.
(B) Thar part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Townsite of Langdon Park. described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of
said Lot 2 distant 5,00 feet southeasterly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence northwesterly 5,00 feet to the Northeast
corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of West along the North line of said Lot 2 a distance of 163.00 feet; thence South
37004' West to the shore of Lake Minnetonka: thence southeasterly along said shore to an intersection with a line running southwesterly
from the point of beginning and parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 2; thence northeasterly along said parellel line to the
point of beginning,
(C) That part of Lot 2, Block 8, Townsite of Langdon Park, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2
distant 5.00 feet southeasterly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence southwesterly parallel with the Southeasterly line of
said Lot 2 to the shore of Lake Minnetonka; thence southeasterly along said shore to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 2; thence north-
easterly along said Southeasterly line to the most Easterly corner of said Lot 2; thence northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of
