City ordinance would allow you to rebuild the structures in kind if you were to obtain a building permit within 6 months of the demolition. If reconstruction did not start within 6 months the buildings would be required to meet zoning standards and setbacks and it may not be rebuilt in those locations. The city has provided you ample time to bring your property into compliance.A deadline of March 1 2015 has been established for removal or repair. If this deadline is not met the city will proceed with legal action and seek a court order to remove the structures. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at my office.
