engineering plans and specifications for parking lot improvements
in the subject project. These documents are laid out in accordance
with the concerns expressed at our meeting on September 10 , 1991.

Dear Steve:
The driveway plans you submitted (dated September 24, 1991) meet
the parameters of the original parking lot approval of April 19,
1971. Al1 the areas that are to be blacktopped were approved in
1971 and built at about the same time. As such no further
permits are required at this time.
Thank you and the Church Council for cooperating to keep this
project within predetermined boundaries.
